Our Warranty

Planet Berley are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the period of 2 years commencing from the date of purchase. At Planet Berley’s option, we may repair or replace parts that is determined to be defective by us and determined to be covered by this warranty.

This warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions :

  1. This warranty is only valid for local education bought from Planet Berley authorized reseller in Malaysia only.
  2. This warranty is not valid for education that are bought from overseas or unauthorized resellers.
  3. This warranty is available to the customer named overleaf. It is not transferable, negotiable, or assignable to a third party.
  4. For warranty service, please send your Planet Berley together with this warranty card and dated sales receipt to Planet Berley
  5. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from :
    • Use other than in accordance with the instruction manual
    • An unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration or modifications
    • Misuse, abuse, negligence or accident howsoever caused
